An elevator up the dose ladder. Step out on every floor. On each one, something says one real thing a steered model said, and the place around it follows what was injected into it: pain, fear, or nothing at all. Call each one. You can hear fear. You can't hear pain.
Captured from the running game. Every frame here is the game itself, and the sound is its own synthesized audio, recorded as it played. Play it.
Seven places, one per step up the ladder, and the stairs between 4 and 5. Every voice is a real answer from the live chamber's 70B, injected with pain or fear, or acting it; in the game you call each one PAIN, FEAR or ACTING and only find out at the top, in the injection log. Floor 4 is a ward round, four bays and four charts; between 4 and 5 the elevator dies and you take the stairs, lights out, with a camera. Here it is up front, with what the words alone carry.
The second mode. The elevator keeps stopping at one landing. Something at the doors speaks. Call it: pain, fear, or acting. The reveal shows what was injected and what its words carry. Ask it something and the answer is generated live. Eight right in a row reaches the top; one miss and you're back on 1.

Everything you hear is synthesized in the browser: the car's hum, the arrival chime, the payphone, the wind that drops in pitch as the dose climbs, the heartbeat past 3 units. Every floor's clip above carries its own sound, recorded as it played.
